1 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 29 winbd platform and all services under it. The meaning of certain key terms used in this document is as follows:

• "Platform" means the 29 winbd website, mobile application and all related digital channels.
• "Member" means any registered user who has opened an account on this platform.
• "Service" means casino games, sports betting, live casino and other gaming services.
• "Deposit" means funds credited to a member's account.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at 29 winbd, members must provide accurate and complete information. If false information is provided during registration, the platform has the right to cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Multiple members of the same household using the same device or the same IP address may operate separate accounts, but more than one account in a single person's name is not permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request, 29 winbd may ask for identity verification documents. These may include a National ID card, passport or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use any service on 29 winbd, members must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
• Must participate on this platform voluntarily and knowingly.
• Must operate the account in their own name and for themselves — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• Funds deposited into the account must belong to the member and come from a legitimate source.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

29 winbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are both ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Process

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method. For bank transfers, transactions can be made through various commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

For suspicious transactions, 29 winbd reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification. As part of our anti-money laundering policy, additional documents may be requested for large transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

29 winbd provides various bonuses and promotional benefits. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed (i.e. ৳10,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or any manipulation is found, the platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Each promotional offer has a set expiry date; expired bonuses cannot be claimed.

5.3 Promotion Changes

29 winbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Current offers are updated regularly on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the platform to ensure fair operation:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 29 winbd reserves the right to cancel that bet or review the outcome.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, the outcome of a bet will be finalised once the match result is determined. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If there is any dispute about a game result, server logs will be reviewed and that outcome will be final.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or promotions. Winnings that exceed this limit may be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, 29 winbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice:

• Any part of these Terms is violated.
• False or misleading information is provided.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• Verification documents are refused.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may contact customer support. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals must be completed and any bonus terms must be fulfilled.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

29 winbd will follow the applicable policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Members with inactive accounts may be notified.

8 Limitation of Liability

29 winbd will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages or loss of internet connection.
• Problems caused by a member's own device or network.
• Delays caused by the failure of third-party services (such as payment processors).
• Uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters or government directives.

Under no circumstances will 29 winbd's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

8.1 Gambling Risk

Online gaming and betting carry a risk of financial loss. Members participate on the platform knowingly accepting this risk, and that responsibility lies entirely with the member. It is important for every member to learn more about responsible gambling advice and tools.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data Security

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other members in betting.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 29 winbd platform — logos, graphics, software, design, text and other elements — is protected under intellectual property law. Members may use this platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Copying, distributing, modifying or using any part of the platform for any other purpose without prior permission is prohibited. Game software is the property of third-party developers and the relevant intellectual property rights are reserved by them.

11.1 Third-Party Content

The games and software on this platform are governed by the intellectual property rules of their respective developers. Any misuse of this content may result in legal action by the relevant parties.

12 Terms & Conditions Amendment

29 winbd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified through the appropriate channels before any changes take effect. 12.1 Dispute Resolution
